Spot Color Fold Over Business Cards
We offer two types of fold over business cards, full fold and short fold. Full Fold business cards finish at a flat size of 3.5 X 4, and are designed to fold down to a standard business card size of 3.5 X 2.
Short Fold business cards finish at a flat size of 3.5 X 3.6875, and are designed to fold down to a standard business card size, leaving a show area of 5/16" on the front when closed. Both types of fold over cards are scored and ship flat.
You can specify up to two ink colors for the outside, and up to two ink colors for the inside. Choose from our 18 standard ink colors, or upgrade to other PMS ink(s) (Fluorescent Inks not available).
Raised ink on the outside of the card is the standard, and by default the inside prints as all flat ink. You can, however, choose mixed raised and flat on the front only.
As an upgrade, foil or embossing can be added. You may select foil on the outside, the inside, or on both sides of the card. Embossing may be added to the outside only.
Choose from many paper stock options, or supply your stock to us (see details under "Card Stocks" below).
If the ink in your art bleeds (if a background or graphic element is designed to print to the edge of the piece, or is closer to the edge than the standard 1/8" margin), a charge of $12 per edge is added. (Note that foil cannot bleed.)

Stock, Ink and Turnaround Times (Delivery method, ink options, and upgrades affect turnaround times):
Our standard colors will turnaround in 5 days or less.
All other PMS ink colors will be 7 days.
Card Stocks: The weight of the stock you choose affects the cost of your card. Stock colors vary by stock choice.

You may also supply your stock to us. With most card stock, we ask for 3.5 X 8.5 (4-up) sheets and ask for 20% overs (minimum 100 sheets). Please provide heavier stock (anything over 100# cover) at 3.5 X 8.75 (4-up).
